We are always looking for quality dealers. We welcome applications from dealers who are new to the business or seasoned professionals.
We offer a variety of retail spaces: showcases, booths, shelves and walls (see price list below). No long-term commitment required. Spaces rent on a month-to-month basis.
We take care of all aspects of running the shop, licensing, sales tax, staffing, customer service, arranging delivery/shipping, marketing, etc.
The Mart is open 10am – 6pm, 7 days a week. We only close 3 days a year! Our corner of Lincoln/Palms sees more than 100,000 vehicles pass every week. The Mart is located in Venice, California, in a bright 16,000 sq. ft building that has high ceilings, skylights and our own free parking lot behind the building.
We have over 120 rentable units. Although we are fully rented, we usually have a unit or two come available each month. It’s easy to get on the wait list for space at The Mart. Please attach a few pictures of your items or links to any website or social media site your items may be listed on. It’s that simple!
We collect a 18% commission on all sales as well as a monthly rental fee on the space. Here’s our price list:
